Belfast goes Boom

My point of this post is that i like Halloween, and our kick ass week long school holiday which all the Unis don't get. It's now 17.17, and it is almost fully dark. I am predicting that i will see a firework go off within the next 10 mins. I'm also predicting that as i'm walking down a Belfast street tonight; loads of random fireworks will shoot up and go boom.

Can somebody tell me, are fireworks here illegal or not? I don't really care whether they are or not, but from what i know it's damn easy to get your hands on them. When used properly, they are great fun, but stay safe everybody! It's Halloween night, and i always find it amusing that in a place where fireworks are illegal, about 10 go off every second, turning this city into a fireworks boombox. Awesome (:
