Barvarian Cream Filled Doughnuts
Ehh. First thing after SM was the UYJO course. It was good, since it was just myself and drum mad Rebecca from methody beating the skins. Usually there are like 10 drummers each year. As for guitarists, there were 7. Pff. Unfortunately there was no Scott Flannigan to have some crazy jam sessions at lunchtime!
After that hitched a lift to Limerick and spent 10 days down there swimming. 12 training sets, around 26 hours in the pool, 3 races, and around 65km. Pretty productive stuff. The Kilmurry Lodge hotel is cool, as across the road we had a petrol station, supermarket, (rip off) cinema, Dominoes, chippy, indian and chinese! So food wasn't exactly a problem. Also i had Larkin for a room mate, good fun. Unforunately we had to move to UL accomodation, 20 mins walk away >:(, cause all the swimmers for the competition had invaded Kilmurry. My 7 hour planned bus journey back home didn't take place, as i managed to hitch another life and go Limerick - B'fast in just over 4 hours.
So i took a few days off, and took advantage of crazy Tuesday movies. Although the psycho policeman with a fire engine siren meant we missed the 7.15 of superman >:(. Haha. I also did that 10km walk to Bangor, then got ripped off for lunch! Scotty had bust his shoulder again, and so was living in my bedroom when i returned, as his parents were in England. Therefore i ended up in the spare bedroom, but at least i saw that awesome thunderstorm.
Quite a few BBQ's were had too. I was at one where myself & Maxwell were in charge of cooking. He made a melted marshmallow pork and apple burger, which must've been interestingly tasty. Eventually returned to the pool for Irish Open Nationals, which basically meant i was going up against loads of the big guns with 40% more muscle than me and 7 years extra time on the planet. Regardless, after peaking the week beforehand, i swum crap! Sprint times were up to 1 second below what i should have been doing. But ah well, just wasn't on form! It was good seeing the random crowd from the rest of the island though. There were also such halarities such as the coaches race, where they just completely too the piss. And even dressed up in bikinis! Humourous stuff.....
That's about it now. No swimming for a month, so i can risk wrecking myself quite nicely, by indulging in ice skating, wrestling matches, and the likes. Oh yea, i also have to decide what to do at good old uni. Laters!

wrestling matches?! :S I suppose that happens when you want to play halo and Gavin wants to watch home and leisure!
sounds like a handicap match to me... tho im not sure whether its bc itd be more like 2 on 1, or because of howd u be afterwards!
Quote me: "I also have to decide what to do at good old uni". Who started spreading rumours that i had actually decided?!
P.S. - Home & Leisure got ditched after dad realised Gav had watched the entire series of 'A Car is Born' 10 times. That's a lot of hours on the couch.
